IMHO, cons shouldn´t need strong and clear sexual harassment policies; it should be clear by now that unwanted sexual behaviour is wrong. Telling people not to go to an event that doesn´t have a policy against sexual harassment puts the responsibility on the victim, not the perpetrator.
