One a good friend taught me is, “What’s your next thought?” When I’m freaking out about a task or some event in my life, asking it basically causes my mind to go quiet momentarily so that I can chill out & realize whatever I’m worrying about isn’t that serious.

Agreed - being mentally week & having the yips are two very different things.  We don’t know this guy personally to be able to peer into his life & sum him up as mentally weak. The yips on the other hand? Oh yeah, he’s got those shits.
