Obviously I don't know for a fact (I just know it's true; HA), but I'm pretty sure he doesn't even use his Twitter; he's said in the past it's just a promo tool for the Bill Maher Brand, in so many words, and his publicist(s) do the tweeting to keep him relevant while he's off air.
