YES YES and YES. Spec racing is killing innovation. Interesting to see the aero kits in INdy - perhaps the first time in 10 years for single seaters not to have a one aero kit outside of F1. Perhaps a little too late. Pikes Peak is mega from a rules point of view. As is LMP1.
