Only in traffic jam like situations. If roads are empty save for a left lane camper and you pass on the right while not exceeding the speed limit you're still wrong, theoretically.

Having just driven The Ring (for the first time) in September, I can completely attest to how insane this is to attempt to pass on the right. All of the rules stated when you get onto the track say "Pass on the left, and when you have intent to pass, put on your turn indicator". NO ONE will be looking on the right…

I wish we could instill this "no passing on the right" here in the States.

I'm actually super okay with Roof strength tests, its the manufactures who don't use ultra high strength steels in their pillars for costs savings (and fat cars in general) that are to blame.
