I had a chance to play with an AWD model before they were even available (Jaguar event). The snow mode worked very well on the simulated ice, starting in 2nd and using the brakes to control power. The traction control was also very capable, I normally drive an old Subaru, and it simply wouldn't let me get out of line.…
Absolutely gorgeous interior.
Great car. Haven't had the pleasure of trying out the new v6/awd but I bet its solid.
Good luck rolling down the window in the first place.
Do you think we could get a gigantic desktop sized version of the last picture?
I've also never heard of this convention, not that I don't like it. I wouldn't ever know someone was communicating any sort of thanks though.
This is common practice amongst truckers. I love it so much I do it myself. The only thing is no one is accustomed to it, and it throws people off.
It is done at night, after you have passed/have been passed. Too hard to see a wave.
Instead of flashers, tap your brakes a few times quickly - accomplishes the thanks to the person behind you while not freaking out anyone in front of you.
I learned about this from watching truck drivers. Also, flash high beams in order to let someone know they can make the lane change they are signaling for / you're letting them switch lanes.
One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.
Dark blue with a tan interior would suit me just fine.
Yeah, totally hat-tip for enjoying such a rare and beautiful bird.
At $230K now for one with 5K miles in New England, I would say that they are already pretty pricy. Hat tip for playing in the snow with one.
