Except niches seem to be what the market is all about right now.

Except when you sue someone, you expect some kind of deal to be reached. If you know there’s a big negotiation factor, there’s no way you’re going to ask for just what you paid, as this puts you in a situation where you can’t accept any compromise.
So that also works for Mercedes, Audi, etc. Why did they make it Tesla-centric? Tesla is pretty adamant their Autopilot is a driver aid, not a driver replacement.
