Awesome. I'll add when I get home from work.
Awesome. I'll add when I get home from work.
I came in feeling like I made an important discovery. I'm walking away feeling like I haven't even played Destiny! :)
Yeah I really need to get into the Vault. I'm more of a solo player(since my roommates and friends stopped playing! Grrrrr).
Ah. I haven't played the Vault of Glass.
This is really great. Hope he's able to make a full recovery.
The leading cause of video game piracy are games not worth buying.
I got through the first 20 or so minutes of Witcher 1 before my laptop went the way of the Dodo. The good pub this third gams continues to get is harder and harder to ignore!
I don't have a traditional CPU or laptop. I'd have to pick them up for the 360, which would allow me to only experience the story since I went with Sony this generation. I'm not sure if there's any save file import stuff going on in W3.
I want to get this very badly, but I have a rule to never start franchises at anywhere but the beginning and I missed the bus for 1 and 2.
Why base the game on a period that makes the Traveler nothing but a backdrop? That just seems lazy...
I'm just not that skilled with my mouth.
This is why the first 10 minutes of the game are the most immersive and enjoyable moments for me, but it fades quickly after that.
If you go back and watch their world building presentation they present you with an exceptionally vague idea of exploration and mystery. There's little room for mystery and exploration when humanity(which is actually composed of 80's disco alien vampires and robots in addition to actual humans) is being assailed on…
I really enjoy this game but it was dead due to hype before it even launched. We'll unfortunately never know how much bigger and better Destiny could have been, or if this is what the game was always meant to be(unlikely that this is the case but you never know).
You can't call it string cheese and parade it around as a one-handed snack. If you're not pulling apart string cheese, it's just a stick of cheese.
Being aware of game length is one of the best things you can do. For what you spend on say, Destiny, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and other games you can sink massive amounts of time into, you can easily end up spending what amounts to a dollar an hour or less. That's hard to beat.
That makes sense. Thanks.
Would you guys ever take it a step further and explore the dynamic of buying vs playing? There are a lot of games worth experiencing that maybe aren't worth buying(aka rent them or borrow them).
Didn't Samurai Seven also use the mecha enemy formula as well? I love that one.
Fast food gets a bad rep, as it should. But I've always felt like you should sometimes indulge your greasier side. I'm all for eating healthy(mostly in the form of portion size), but sometimes you should enjoy eating things that don't taste like cardboard and satisfy your impulses!
