I don’t think is the best way to play SNES in a HDTV, it’s a great way, but no the best.... I’m currently using a RGB cable upscaled with a XRGB mini. Both methods I think are great options to play old SNES games avoiding pirating and emulation (wich I think is the worst).

There are ways for upscaling SNES games on original hardware, but it’s more expensive and not a plug-and-play option.
