All of those are easy. There is no way you would lay clear down (good one) in that space without dying.

Rust was the hard part. Getting somewhat even panels was hard. Matte black vinyl shows everything under it. Getting doors in and out gave me a sore back for two weeks.

Rust was removed; converted (multiple stages). Primed flat black (after bondo) and sprayed flat black before vinyl even touched it.

Painting stuff properly is hard, vinyl on a flat surface is ‘perfect’ and easy to apply.

For painting, you have to wait, know how to mix and how everything reacts. In addition you have to know what to do if something goes wrong or you will have to re-do the whole thing.

High grade chemicals also can kill you pretty fast…
