This car is great, the maintenance costs......not so much. Good things always cost more.

I hope the Elio will happen. I would get one just to see how much mpg I can get out of it, and maybe mod it myself. I like safety in newer cars, but we are getting to ridicolous levels of safety.

I just hope this crash is not a set back to autonomous cars. I like what Tesla is doing and these cars are semi-autonomous anyways, I don’t know how the accident happened, but YouTube is full of videos about people abusing the self-driving feature.

Nice article, even nicer car. I have the same car but a bit different. I always wondered how many blue W203 AMGs there are, yours is the third one I ever seen. There were 2,697 C32s and 1,750 C55s made, and the blue color makes them even more rare. Here is mine in the Canadian sun:
