In hindsight, recasting TV's Frank with TR's (Third Reich's) Frank was a mistake.

They actually did a couple in their prime (such as "I'm Mad") attached to animated or kid-targeted Warner films. (And later reused on the show and distinguishable only by "why is this bit suddenly letterboxes?")
