Man I am sold on all this. Give me the Adventures stuff again too. Really liked that game even though I can’t remember a single thing from it. Was so long ago.

I am totally F’n sold on that idea.

I did the exact same thing. The game was a slow burning flame for me. I couldn’t get into it at first, but I got sucked in by the Bloody Baron quest line. After that, I still played it intermittently over about 6 months, but loved every last minute of it. It’s in my top 5 all-time favorites.

Never afraid. Just very motivated. We need to encourage people to vote. We need to get this country back to one we can be proud of again. This man (never my president) needs to be help accountable for nothing less than treason.

He’s already talked about revoking citizenship for people who won’t respect the flag, and his advisors have said citizenship should be revoked for Muslim-Americans. I think we should be afraid.

Step by step. Inch by inch. First, it’s “illegals.” Then, it’s “shouldn’t be citizens.” Next, it’ll be “don’t deserve citizenship.” Before long, everyone’s right to live here will be at the government’s whim. Don’t salute the flag and sing the anthem? Criticize the president? Out you go.

You get 2 $60 games for $100 and you get them early. What a weird comment.

Why is it a bad model? It’s a pretty good deal if you like what EA’s offering so what’s wrong with it?

If it’s this or shitty Micros/loot boxes I’d go with the Netflix model hands down.

I think the games as a service model is pretty sweet. Origin access is only $30 for a year, and It’s already saved me over $100. 

What if I think it’s a good bussiness model? I’d rather pay 100 bucks a year to play everything I want than 60 for FIFA, 60 for Battlefield, etc. If you only want one of those you can still do that, it’s just an option, and a pretty good deal at that.

My thoughts exactly. EA’s press conferences have always been bad but this was particularly painful. And I’m with you in not hating on Anthem or anything, but that footage was almost identical to the footage they showed last year. I will be absolutely blown away if any of the other companies do worse.

It actually doesn’t impact that at all when you realize that the Browns spend most of the game with their heads shoved up their own asses.

I forget where I recently heard this - but apparently helmet stripes also have a utilitarian purpose. It allows coaches reviewing film (I’m assuming from an all 22 type angle) to see which way a player is facing - as the stripe stops at the face mask.
