I know platforms are there. That’s why I said they’re there.

Know what would be nice in the little block of detailed info alongside release date and platforms? Price.

It annoys me more that neither side is organized/listed in any coherent manner whatsoever.

I mean it’d be ideal to have this theoretical Switch version of D3 include all the most recent console content instead of being the version that made it to PS3 & 360, as those versions have not included a few years’ worth of sizable updates (Necromancer, seasons, the Cube, the map additions, the balance tweaks, etc.).

My thought is that since D3 ran on last-gen hardware it could easily run on the Switch. If the system’s added horsepower could help bring over all the expansions the game’s seen since they stopped supporting the PS3 and 360 versions, that’d be ideal.

I’m not taking your money one way or another. I’m not a Switch developer. I’m just a fan of fun games and I’d like some of my favorites to be made available on the Switch so more people can enjoy them in more places. I’m not against you and I’d never fight you over such an innocuous point of view. Grow up.

GTAV and Red Dead Redemption would be ideal. A mobile Diablo 3 would singlehandedly get me to buy a Switch.

If their concern is how many credits could be grinded by playing Arcade on easy, then they should adjust how many you earn based on the difficulty (I don’t own it, so I don’t know if they already do this).

Your version isn’t the full 6 second clip. The real clip has her joyously dancing afterward and it’s adorable and it should be included.

If games were smarter they’d be able to track how recently you’ve done a certain action and maybe only then remind you of how to execute something the next time you come across it.

When did Division update its AI? My buddies and I stopped playing a few months back. Did the Fall content drop with the new area release? We may need to dabble again.

In his defense (I shudder to write that), he was upset she had given him crabs.

If there is a modern studio, not even specifically an EA one, to handle a Rogue Squadron revival, it’s absolutely Criterion. They deserve better than to be strapped to BF2.

Got it. What’s your point? As stated, it says the Switch will surpass those lifetime totals by April of next year. And as stated, that’s projected to be 47 million by that point, which is... less than 49 million.

The whole “we’re not competing with [company whomever]” is marketing speak, plain and simple. Nintendo made a system to almost exclusively play videogames. Microsoft is touting the most powerful videogame console ever made.

This is not a complete win. The progression system is still very much pay to win and is completely unintuitive. And it still requires dozens of hours to unlock all the available heroes out of the box. I mean, it’s a step, but if you’re now back on the fence like I was after seeing this, I’d suggest giving IGN’s pre

Wait wait wait. You cite HZD, itself a well refined rebuke of older “map game” titles (Saint’s Row, Assassin’s Creed, Shadow of Mordor, Farcry, Just Cause), as a problem? My goodness. I read the whole thing, but this whole analysis holds very little value to me when you don’t even see that HZD itself is going to play

You’re making up reasons so as to not compare two competing products. They’re both videogame consoles, plain and simple. And if One X sales are indicative of what gamers want, then so is the fact it’s gonna get spanked by the Switch. The customers are gamers and more of them will buy the Switch. So there’s what they

Since when is 47 million a higher number than 49 million?

It may not have lootboxes, but TF2 is already chock full of microtransactions. They never bothered me, personally, though. The base content and the free stuff they put out balanced out any bad taste left by microtransactions being in the game.
