Tipping is an economic transaction that consumers can easily avoid. Furthermore tipping leads to discrimination and in some cases it can also lead to job preference for example employers may want to hire those who get tipped well.

Well I am an introvert which sometimes can be a good thing because we intros get to sit down and plan well whereas my friends who are mostly extros seem to me as not good planners. I wonder if there is such a thing as intros being better planners than extros?
