Blech, if my keyboard looked like that, I'd just pick up a new one.

I've mentioned this in a few keyboard cleaning threads, but I like using alcohol swabs (the little squares that are presoaked in alcohol and individually sealed). You can get a box of 100 for just a couple of dollars in the pharmacy section of pretty much any store - usually with the diabetes supplies.
