I think $1.5M buys you a shack in NYC.

counterpoint: they are living within their means? $12k annual on kids lessons seems more wasteful than a 1.5mn home in manhattan (are you even remotely familiar with NY real estate..?) and vacation counts as “sanity/happiness maintenance” and is probably the most important money that cant be spent.

I’m not saying anything about the two packages being mutually exclusive(as a ‘16 GT350 buyer I wish I could have got both).

What? GT350 is a $56k car.

*Ford offers GT350 with either Track Pack(which includes the trans/diff coolers) or Tech Pack*

No, he means 500cc—as in per cylinder.

For fun, here’s a look at the body from underneath (that’s the steering column coming up from the engine bay, and the big hole is for the trans/transfer case shifters):

Johnny’s tips for driving in the snow:

Don’t forget about all the 18 year old “Ultimate Klasse” Persians.

“Bavarian ultimate driving machines”

That is a good story - sort of reminds me of “Flow my Tears...” by PKD. The dystopian future where only the authoritarian elite have any sort of “freedom” is a well traveled road. Or perhaps our current reality is closer to that than we think...global and national wealth inequity being what it is. People are condemned

There were better than this in the NSX thread.

The question is - how do we make the glue less tasty?

How much glue does a kid have to eat before you take away the jar? The autonomous vehicle is there to take those kids and put them in the corner with crayons. This driver qualifies. Some people don’t learn.

Near as i can tell, each generation of the venerable Lexus RX crossover comes with a booklet entitled, “ How to Do Absolutely Everything Wrong At All Times.”
