Ok I successfully completed all the steps but the Bot is not responding to me. Also Integration with Twilio SMS that is not free!

I’m not a coder, so maybe that is why I’m finding it difficult to follow the steps...I feel like some steps are missing!!! Never used any of these services before!!!
