Not that I agree with bigoted mindsets, but I have a problem with what you’re saying.

Treating ANYONE as something less than you are is wrong. Being insulting and hateful is wrong. The mindset that you can treat someone poorly because they treat others (or you) poorly is wrong, and it will not solve any problems.

What definitions? There is no one universal definition of bullying. Some definitions state the imbalance of power only have to be perceived, not necessarily real. Other definitions limit it to children, which is definitely not true. Friends, spouses and bosses can all bully.
