Normally I’d agree with you, but this isn’t just sour grapes by the losing side. The Trump Administration is straight-up dangerous, and this is coming from someone who voted for George W. Bush twice. The Administration has put people with literally no knowledge in the area at the head of numerous agencies. It’s

*you’re

How are you typing and fucking your dad at the same time?

Yeah, if everyone who said they were never coming here again because “stick to tech/sports/cars/etc.” I’m pretty sure Univision would have gone under by now.

Give us a quote from this article that has a personal statement. Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t see anything about personal feelings or statements.

Man it would have been crazy if the entirety of the Right, including Congress, had spent the last eight years looking for an excuse to take down Obama or Hillary. Crazy. That’s a crazy thing that I can’t imagine having happened.

A semantic criticism: This IS a political action, but it is NOT a partisan one.

[looks at number of votes trump got] anti-democratic, you say?

Wait, so you “calls it as you sees it” but think that it’s just biased to say Trump is a disaster? So by your logic, to be unbiased you have to never criticize the fucked up shit he’s doing? WHAT?!

Ok, so the demographics of the comments are pretty fascinating. This was cross-posted across all the former Gawker sites, right? (I got here from Jez). Is there a reason most of the comments seem to be “politics” complaints from Gizmodo dudes? Or was it just that it reached Gizmodo first?

Imagine Salem Media converting all their sites into operatives seeking to take down a Democrat ruler like Obama or Hillary.

What the fuck do you mean “imagine”?

The greys here are pretty fun to look at.

At this point, I’m no longer anti-Trump...I’m simply pro-competence and pro-professionalism. My bar has dropped so far that I’m thinking to myself that Ted Cruz wouldn’t have been so bad.

See if you can rewrite this without using any hot button words at all. Start by removing the word “jihad” when referring to a news organization asking for tips about a politician about whom there are legitimate and pressing questions.

I love how all the Trump supporters in the comments who are ‘appalled’ at Gizmodo expressing something vaguely akin to a political bias (gasp!) can’t recognize that Donald Trump is, at this point, far beyond the traditional left / right divide in Washington discourse.

“I’m as anti-Trump as can be, but let’s just let him fuck everything up without questioning any of it for the next four years.”

There’s no safe spaces anymore snowflake.

“No more journalism here, just pure politics.”

You changed my mind. Trump is not fucked up, is he?

Hmm... what do you think journalism is good for, if not to cover politics?
