The reason that Sikhs wear turbans is partly a rejection of the caste system and others telling one what they can and can not wear. Nick Cannon has stated that he wears a turban to feel royal. This is similar to one of the reasons Sikhs wear a turban. I will defend anyone wearing a turban for these reasons.
