Lord of the Rings Online is now under Standing Stone Games, an independent company formed by, I beleive, the devs. LOTRO and D&D Online were originally under Turbine, if I remember right.

That may be the case if this was a copyright notice, but the Zenimax notice only talks about trademarks.
