I had to pause the episode and scream with laughter when Blaine showed up in the old age makeup. Had to pause several more times, particularly when he mentioned Dr. Zaius. That sequence was simply delightful.

THANK YOU I came here to say exactly this, including using the word "bleating" to describe Crowe's singing.
Penny is fast becoming my favorite - his air of constant exasperation with literally the entire world is surprisingly fun to watch!
I would buy a Drunk Ravi Pep Talks app SO FAST. Dear Silicon Valley, please disrupt the pep talks industry and give me this app.
For the first half of the episode I just kept gritting my teeth, "Everyone else is speaking normally but you made the brown guy do an accent? COME ON NOW." Nice payoff.
Flashback Raf, oh my god.
What if I throw a wrench in the works and suggest Catextrophe?
"Everybody likes a swoosh! [misses basket]"
If "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" gets me cackling like a loon within two minutes - as it did with "Mr. Brah was my father. Call me Father Brah" - I KNOW it's gonna be a killer episode.
Feels a little gauche to highlight this line in what was an overall serious episode, but damn if it didn't make me literally LOL: "…someone with dark hair. And breasts. You have both. Or all three, depending on your maths."

Revenge is a dish best served…. slooooooooooooooooooooooowly.
Works for me!
The tradeoff is that in this universe, people can have superpowers but safety glass was never invented.

That said, I am ALL ABOUT how little patience Penny has for the…
This show always has fantastic transitions between scenes, but/and that was one of the very best.
"You can see from the shape of it that it's quite rectangular."
I would love another court martial episode, but it just wouldn't be the same without Will there to mutter to Alicia about how much the judge hates him and then have to repeat it out loud at the judge's request. :(
Joan Fashion Corner: I was unreasonably excited in the first scene because I thought Joan's shirt had red chile peppers on it. Then I looked closer and decided they must be birds, which made a lot more sense. But for a brief, shining moment, I thought we were about to see a Joan who would willingly wear kitschy…
