6-15 is not for strength training, it is for body building. As heavy as you can lift for 3 sets of 5 reps is for building strength.

I don’t think one study gives all the answers. Look at all the studies that say sitting is bad for you. I use a standing desk part of the day and I think I am better for it. I don’t get that feeling that I have to get up and stretch.
