The idea was to distract Kilgrave long enough for Jessica to approach him and kill him. She was supposed to go above him while he kept looking down.

Do you mean "Take care of her"?

In this case, the power up was the downfall.

Jessica! Get back here! Jessica!

And the amount of foul mouthed nicknames Jessica will come up with will, in the end, not matter at all.

Trish to Melvin: "Can you do a version of that in yellow? With a blue helmet. I will also need a white one following this design."

For the Defenders, have Matt show up in red garb, Danny in his iron fist headwrap, Luke in blouse and tiara, and Jessica just criticizing their life choices.

Even from the setup, I wouldn't be surprised if it begins with Claire entering a bar and seeing Luke behind the bar, serving, and she goes all "Er… So should I go?"

Also, the reach he has has increased.

I really love this episode, not just for the acting, or the dialogue, or how the idea of Kevin because even scarier when it's revealed that Luke was his pawn (I totally didn't see it coming BTW). I love it because I think this episode is the only time when we see Jessica try to use her powers the most, if not at full.

Yes to all of this. Particularly with the introduction.

Probably the same as what happens in JJ last episode.

They showed the scene where Luke goes to confront Kevin, and Kevin's like WHO ARE YOU?

Well, they mention adoption in the first scene, and Jessica does call Dorothy "mom" even if it's with spite, so I'm assuming it did happen.

Finally saw Supergirl. Calista Lockhart is having a lot of fun in that show.

It's not a coincidence. It's just convenient to the plot.

Well that was disappointing.

I awwwww'd at that scene for like five minutes

Yes. I'm arguing that Jeri doesn't think of the event as something dignified or worthy of making the place special. To Jeri, it's still her lunch spot despite having proposed to Wendy there, while to Wendy that place will forever hold that memory intact.

In Bryan Singer's X2, when Bobby (Iceman) casually chills Wolverine's soda (because there was no beer because SCHOOL) just by lightly blowing into it.
