I think the introduction of Simpson and his setup as a future villain is what made the show feel like it had a hiccup.

Well, his was a set up for a future work. He'll be back either in a second season of Jessica Jones or as part of the enemies for the Defenders.
He looks like a poor man's version of Chris Evans. Like all the rough but none of the smiles.
That ending. I totally saw it coming and I was still shocked when it happened.
*psychological
The way the sequence of events followed, makes me wonder if Hope fighting Jessica was actually her, aware of the command of killing her parents, and trying very hard not to.
I think they are saving that for the movie
Me too. I thought at first Meers was a child.
Political fallout? They were in the Baron's territory, so it would immediately be assumed it was the Baron's order. Sunny seems to be one to avoid confrontations, and killing her right there would spark a war.
I liked this. It allowed the plot to move but yeah, focus on the characters is always the best.
Am I the only one who wants Alicia to somehow destroy the NSA kids? Because that's what they are, children who are reveling too much in following her life.
Which is why I always feel weird when navigating fandoms. I'm like "I want to enjoy the show" and everybody is like "shipping!!!!!!"
Special congratulations to the Foley team this episode, they outdid themselves with all the swishing noises and all that.
I actually like the actor playing Milos. He's doing a sickly sweet version of a villain, and somehow it matches the tone of the show. Camil is playing the forte, Bird-Ridnell is playing it much more understated, which works with Grobglass, since Petra is not being portrayed as a telenovela character.
If they are wearing leather pants, it's the past. If Emma is wearing leather, it's the present.
#deafawakening!!!!
The god damn fool who shot him
The Room Where it Happens. Miranda said in Genius that it was the best song in the musical according to him.
Agreed.
I'm sad that Jane is a Catholic because that religion bans the idea of polyamory completely.
