For me Lisa the Vegetarian is the greatest Simpsons episode.
The jokes start early and never let up and virtually the entire episode is quotable and memorable. It's got: Grandpa, Troy McClure, Ralph Wiggum, Flanders, Chief Wiggum, Montgomery Burns and Apu all delivering classic lines.
