Why is your mind so ridiculously boggled by the idea of looking for things to like about a new Star Trek series instead of looking for things to hate?

And that is fine if its a bottle episode like the kind we used to get with Trek. But it isn’t, and therefore should not be judged on that basis the same way we review old episodes that were complete stories unto themselves. Its essentially a chapter in a novel and therefore the scenes aren’t about telling a distinct

More childish hypocrisy from the screen screamer who can’t even produce a quantum of evidence his own hate has any basis in reality. Sad. All he has is a curtain of hate with nothing behind it but vacuum.  Very sad.

Do hyperbolic rantings need to be responded to? Just know that you’ve gone plaid and be happy that you can provide nothing coherent.

Except Officers in Starfleet, Starfleet in general and citizens of the Federation cross that line on a regular basis. They need a fleet of ships just to put out the fires that these people light. if anything, the fact that Section 31 only comes to light when there is a grave threat to the Federation, suggests that

Then you haven’t watched much Star Trek.

Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better about how beneficial that killing was (not to mention the previous killing of Duras at Federation Officer Worf’s hands) was for the Federation.

At least you recognize they aren’t human, which is something the show runners seem to have difficulty figuring out.

Espionage and assassinations occur during wartime all the time and deemed are acceptable, not to mention clandestine meetings with those who would overthrow an enemy government. You are claiming that because the Federation does this to external powers, internal governments of the Federation should be afraid of Section
