We know who her cohorts are because they mention it in the beginning of the episode. Charles Devaux, Bob Bishop, and Charles Linderman. I think they portrayed them pretty well.

Depends on the rules of the time travel though. If it has one set timeline (it doesn't always in Heroes), then no rifts will be caused. However, it seems like there are all these alternate and parallel universes
