The Astra was pretty bland and was cursed by GM's awful interior materials and design. Still is. The G8 was a genuinely good car.
Also the Hyundai Sonata. I had the chance to drive one, and I honestly had no idea where the wheels were pointing. Something might have been wrong with the car, because the Sonata Hybrid was a lot better, but the regular one handled awfully.
The ES is just a dolled up camry, I don't consider it a different car
