Last year was such a great year in TV. I still haven't seen Hannibals but all those other shows ranked as favorites, adding The Leftovers and The Affair to that list

Agreed

I think it was a departure or set up to look like one. I've been saying all along that they probably weren't in the water. Car locked, lights on, phones inside the car, etc. we'll see.

So did i

Exactly, I think it's bs

Ditto

I knew about his behind the camera work. I was amazed to find out he was in Zoolander. I don't remember him from Mulholland. Outside of that I was, unfortunately, one of those people who primarily knew him as Aniston's beau. But when The Leftovers started last year, that was it. It was love and I was super impressed

This is one of the slower Sunday lineups I've had in years. Just The Leftovers and The Affair - and I usually watch one of them twice because it's so good. And then I watch Last Week Tonight on HBOgo during the week.

Regina King has had a stellar year

But Kevin isn't his biological did.

The kid is/was the child of Holy Wayne and Tommy was tasked with taking care of her and the mother. Why he left Lily with his dad, I don't know. But assume that even though they weren't speaking, he knew his dad was a good guy.

We'll probably find out in the next Laurie/Tommy episode

I laughed out loud

Depressing dramas make me happy

Or that Nora doesn't blame herself

I didn't know they were brothers until this year.

That scene with Coon and King was fantastic. I was already saying "wow" before it was over. And Kevin revealing what's going on Nora…terrifying.

I definitely don't think we're supposed to love Noah.

THANK YOU!!!! I've been waiting since season one for Helen to tell her mom off. Finally.
Her parents influence over her has been driving me batty since the beginning.

I predicted this issues last season. No one believed me. They kept saying "this is just how Empire does it."
