I'd love to give you an opinion, but it won't run on my machine. I install it, reboot, and get "operating system not found". So I install it, reboot, get "operating system not found". So I give up. #ubuntu

I used to use 3rd party, but Win7dock/OSXdock are almost perfect, so why change them? (OK, they work slightly differently, but same principle) #dock

WHS is the one Microsoft product they got right (from the very beginning). They should put the WHS team in charge of Windows 8... ;) #windowshomeserver

I think it's been Lifehacked... out of memory/sql error... eek! #streamingmedia

don't know what is more frightening, MS installing .net extension without asking, or Firefox disabling it without asking. (I didn't update, or check for extension updates, so Firefox are ... owning... your browser and doing what they like with it.) #firefox

@JerryA: lol... I still can't afford it now!

none of these services work particularly well for me... LastFM, Pandora, Genius. I end up with my finger over the "ban this/don't play this again" button constantly. Guess the tried and trusted "ask your mates" still beats machines, not matter how complex their algorithms.

@ironghost: what was it called before? I've suddenly seen it being used by over half the people I follow... I thought a new product had been released that no-one told me about!

wait... what? you're running Windows and OSX? How do you visualise Snow Leopard?

I left it running/scanning overnight, and it did a FAIR job of recognising a few people. All the rest I had to tag by hand (even though there are only probably 5 different people in all my photos).

to tell the truth, I uninstalled Digsby because of this, BUT I haven't replaced it with anything because these messengers are getting redunant anyway. No-one I know was showing up in Yahoo, MSN, AIM anymore anyway - you have to go onto Facebook chat or twitter to communicate with people these days. And since I can do

totally agreed with the iTuneslite. I'd love a version of iTunes that just plays music and video... what a concept!

shame that 90% of the phones in the Spotify area are Symbian....

also works to upgrade from Tiger, if anyone is still using that ;)

not working for me either

Gravity: not just the best Symbian Twitter app, but the best Symbian app period.

must be a US thing, call quality in the UK on cellphones is better than on landlines. Crystal clear.

looooooooong overdue. This has been the one stumbling-block in Macs being commonplace in corporate environments (don't kid yourself, every place I've worked in has RUN on Outlook.) I can see Outlook-Mac featuring as a major selling-point in Macs next year. Kudos to the MS Mac team, who have always been brilliant

I love Spotify, for instant playing of some (popular) album from the 80s that I never bought but fancy listening to for old times sake. I would never subscribe to it though, because selection is too limited. Like Adam says, it's often compilations, "rock hits 5" and such, or you type in Madness and get "the Karaoke
