man this new ipod touch seems like it has everything. the only thing it needs is a larger hard drive. 128 gb memory would've been great. Apple also needs to upgrade its audio and video codec support.

@BeerManMike: Pirating HD material is time consuming. You have to download a large (usually aroud 6 gb) mkv file. Then if you don't have a computer to hook up to your hdtv and no player that can play this mkv format you have to use a program like XenonMKV so your xbox/ps3 can play the hd movie.

No divx/xvid is a dealbreaker for me. The new google tv thing is going to be better than appletv.

It does make sense. I text more that i talk. with a google voice app i can send and receive text messages. The only downside is you need to be always connected to a wifi network. In a college campus or at home this is no problem.
