it was impossible to justify keeping a 2 seater as a third car after a kid entered the equation. The kid fits in the back of my abarth (cabrio) in his Recaro :)

having owned an 02 spa, I can speak to this - the seats were seemingly indestructible, but cardboard hard even after prestine clean. They almost felt like bycast leather.
this post made me smile. You, sir, are awesome.
Anyone else think the next Jalopnik shirt should be something with rod and a 360, a la the orlove sideways bug?
which has nothing to do with being a "poser" car. Reasonably affordable + (more) expensive (than a honda) to maintain is a fairly typical combination in entry-level cars from the "luxury" marques.
came here to post that. I took my and 3-year old to an indoor amusement place a few weeks ago (video games, indoor rides, etc,) and one of those pulled up next to me - 2 teenagers hopped out and went inside. Such an utter poser car.
i'm assuming you haven't actually seen, been in, or driven the (eminently attractive and desirable) '15 C class. go check one out and then revisit your post.
this story (er, the whole range saga,) is quite possibly the only context, ever, in which that sentence could even begin to make some semblance of sense.
was anyone else sort of saddened that the ad doesn't read like a DeMuro post? I really wanted some serious snark in there.

Impugn their donuts, (sp) fine, but leave DD coffee out of it. Typically I'm all for premium products and the associated premium pricing, but Dunkin coffee is one of the few examples where the mass-market product is better than the "premium." (If you honestly believe Starbucks Pike is better than DD, well, I humbly…
anyone else notice the seller's name is McNadds? 400hp, 1400lbs, I'd guess he is known for those...
having owned a 6-speed v8 nogaro s4 sedan, I concur. would have loved an avant if I could have found one with the matching nogaro alcantara seats that my sedan had. Out of warranty costs on that car terrified me - I dumped it a few months before the warranty went out.
Bearing in mind my inherent bias as an abarth cabrio owner, I would also add that the aftermarket is really developing for the abarth.
it was added for '15. That said, the aftermarket - specifically, a company in Italy called Wood Co - has some quite nice products. I have a wood co armrest in mine and love it.
it's been done quite a few times, by a few of the big mags, too. The Abarth inevitably loses to the FiST.
this has nothing on the GTO Veyron:
had a 97, couldn't agree more. Crap stock motor that sounded like a tractor. E36 WAY >240sx. I sold mine after a year of ownership, and didn't miss it for a second.
Very much so. Many dealers still have '13s on the lot, selling from 5k to 8k off sticker. I got my abarth cabrio, every option, a few months ago for about 6500 off.
