I always wanted to try my hands on building Ubuntu Touch apps. There's no other choice since there isn't an emulator. Other than that, nothing.

Actually, no. Large number of files in the folder can increase the time it takes to open that folder.
How do you deal with the screen content issue? It's driving me nuts.
I have it disabled. I have it disabled in Intel HD control panel too. Still, when I have mostly dark or black stuff on screen (like a browser tab with dark background) brightness gradually decreases. When I switch back to a white page, I can see brightness slowly coming up. Any solution to that?
Thanks for clearing that up. I have a relatively low end router and regular NICs in my laptop. So, cables are just fine.
I'm seriously considering that. Just to give my desk something fun. Recommendations?
Your comment gets me thinking. Is cable really the bottleneck when we talk about the local networks? I always had an impression that the other hardware (like NICs and routers) are limited.
That's always an option. But not so great when you're just a student in a third world country.
That's what I thought about. When I pressed hard and rolled, I was able to get some dirt out and it started working. But I don't see any screws here, and don't want to force it open. Someday, some lazy noon and a steady hand, maybe!
Well, buying a new on is always the option. Mine is fairly simple. Three buttons and that's it. Wireless.
My Logitech mouse has middle button and it stops working from time to time. For now, I have managed to rescue it by pressing it hard and rolling it. I actually turn the mouse over and pretend that it's a one wheeled toy car. Then press it hard on desk and roll a few miles or centimeters. Does anyone know a better way?
Okay, I have to say it! I'm gonna be the guy who says it. "Root it!".
Article is different from what you're saying.
You clearly don't understand how Hive Five works. Readers nominate the entries.
What mess did you make, Whitson? Icons for Music and Pictures are the same!
Whitson makes you wear formals at the Lifehacker HQ? Damn it. Not coming over to join!
Actually, not! It can switch over to SMS automatically. I had almost joined them as a software engineer.
Try Hike. It's an Indian startup, but boy, they're rocking.
Recently, there was a Xposed module to enable Google Music access to all the apps. It creates FUSE filesystem.
Actually, there's a convention. Superuser commands are signified with # while normal ones are denoted by $. This comes from the fact that the appropriate signs (# or $) are shown at the prompt depending upon the user type.
