You're really gonna put DVDs and BluRays in place that awkward? This isn't an optimal solution for stuff anyway.

Oh, I never said that this was an optimal solution. As long as I go, I always try to use a device as intended by the manufacturers.
Can't you just mount it inverted so that the vents receive free air flow from the bottom?
Pocket (yeah, definitely Pocket) + IFTTT = Superpowers!
YouTubeCenter actually solve the issue!
Are the private torrent trackers safe? Or they suffer the same privacy issues too?
Aren't you the guy who whips magic out of AHK? We'll see! As far as I'm concerned, I think if all icons were on a screen are of same shade, it will make finding the one I want a lot more difficult.
And that's exactly why you should do it before they do. Code it away, release it on XDA and people will know that credit goes to you!
I 'd love to make the app if you really want it. But, is there enough market?
It actually does work with NAS - assuming your NAS can provide FTP in browser. Just open Safari, navigate to the video you want to watch, copy its link and open it as a network stream in VLC. It works just fine.
What can I say! You're evil. I've been resisting urge to buy that at once. But looks like I'm going to have to let of of those $5. Before I jump, I have some questions. Is this significantly better when it comes to video playback? Secondly, does it allow to stream videos directly from an URL? I recently found a great…
I don't understand, why should we use this over VLC? I mean, yeah, it does organize media and stuff, but iPad cannot contain the amount of media which will need to be organized. I even don't store media locally. I stream it over Samba or FTP. Doesn't look like Infuse supports any of those two!
I think that would be entirely possible. I don't even thing that it needs to get to the level of drivers. Drivers are for the hardware connected to system. As long as WiFi printing goes, you're probably just instructing the printer to print the data you're providing and any device should be able to do the job.
When was the last time Vimeo worked as it should?
I don't mean to be a grammar Nazi and this is a genuine question: Shouldn't the title be 'How to Choose (or Build) the Perfect Desk for yourself' instead of '... for you'?
Lucky you! I was a long time star commenter so I was automatically out of gray area. But, a few days ago, I accidentally posted a Copy.com referral link and Alan threw me back to gray area! :\
How about people living outside US? You know, rest of the world?
Oh, not saying Raspberry Pi is bad in any possible way. There's just one word for that device - awesome. Especially in third or second world countries, where NAS (heck, even routers) aren't common at homes, it's great to have the Pi to do all the work like seeding, SickBeard-ing, CouchPotato-ing, etc. I just wish it…
Raspberry Pi has one horrible limitation on speed as everything from USB to Ethernet uses same line. My Raspberry Pi only offers transfer speeds upto 1.5 MB/s - a little low for any serious NAS!
SSDs for NAS storage? Not really a good idea. Even if you're way too rich, it's kinda pointless to use SSDs for storage!
