I guess we're here for the online storage and not file sync (at least not primarily!). So, I'd prefer Skydrive. You can very well sync as far as you're on Windows. If not, the web interface is always there. But, I'll give my second vote to DropBox.

Somehow, I see only 'Call to phone' option for the online facebook friends. No Idea how to initiate Skype video call. I can chat with them through Skype though! Anybody with me?
Yaaay! Beats audio! Wait, they sell stands too?
I second him. Those were the old days when disc burning meant Nero. It was just okay till version 5, tolerable till 6. But afterwards, it got converted into a bloat-ware!
I bet you have your library full of unused songs! You listen to them once a year or probably less!
I was talking about a bit larger scope. I mean, there's not purchasing from Amazon app store from India, no Amazon shopping from here, no currency support here - actually, there's no Amazon service here. So, even if I buy the regular kindle, I'm stuck either with the free titles or with... err... DRM freed…
Apple sells iPads outside US, Amazon has no service! And again, my point only holds true for the people who's world doesn't end with US!
I don't think you need 'equivalency'. Equivalence is the noun!
How about putting Firefox portable in some folder on the hard disk itself. It won't be too slow!
Oh right! I really feel dumb not to think of that, my bad. (Trust me, I'm not being sarcastic!) Still, the thing is that, Apple has all of them available at a low price due to the contracts they made years ago. Most important point here is that they like to boast about it! They say we have blah blah blah and it gives…
I am not embarrassed to admit that my primary mail id is with Windows Live. Don't ask why. I'm a big fan of living within an ecosystem. Windows Phone-Windows Computer-Windows Live-Skydrive-Hotmail-Microsoft Office-Office Live-Live Mesh-MyPhone (shamefully discontinued) and custom domains. Makes the circle of life more…
While we're at it, I think there are more number of Android phones that the tablets. However, I hear that SGS2 beat the iPhone sale or something. I might be totally wrong - not into the news really. And yeah, don't call me fanboy of any of them. I don't love Apple, neither like the plastic of SGS2!
That's what I thought, and still think. But Apple still has fast storage drives and yeah, price matters. And the biggest plus factor on Apple's side is that, It's got fanboys - a hell lot of them. Really, it needs a good competition.
The thing which irritates me is the geographically limited services. You can't buy outside US, can't use outside US. I just don't get why they don't expand to other markets!
You can go to grooveshark.com and choose to listen dubstep radio. Its great and works fine.
Is there any way I can send all my Gmail attachments to the Dropbox or Sugarsync by default?
This might not be the thing you're looking for (resizing) but this will get your job done without any quality loss or hassle of resizing. Can you just ask him to use the Windows Live Mail (Hotmail)? It handles large pictures by uploading them to the SkyDrive. Just attach your pictures and let the Hotmail decide how to…
Windows Phone 7 on Lifehacker? Sounded a bit odd to read!
You seem to interpret it correctly! I have to accept a certificate before logging in to the firewall which gives me the internet access. And at least in browser, the Gamil is handled by Thawte Consulting cert. No problems there. Now, you've got all the scenario correctly. Is there any probable solution to this? I…
