Just checked, and no, Gretchen wore a black jumpsuit kinda thing at the funeral. She just wears a lot of black.

Both of them were wearing eerily identical clothes. Jimmy's bow tie was undone like at Beca's wedding, and Gretchen was wearing the same dress. I think it's their way of showing that the relationship has come full circle.
