I think states with 1 area code should be exempt from your area code rule. Because Montana (406) and Alaska (907) kick ass.  

In the long run the lakers actually win that game.  Does the lottery get rigged?  Lebron Zion would be in the best interest of the league, which needs a strong lakers team to compete for 2nd place.  (behind the Warriors, who will probably be better without Durant)

Seems like a salary cap would do much more to make the game more interesting to more people than shortening the average game by 5 minutes. Why not just make it 8 innings? The problem with baseball is that 90% of the fans KNOW their team is not going to win this year.
