Ok I found this guy Brian Cohen created it but I swear I remember reading somewhere about Disney or some company like that having to do with it when it was first created. Ill research more and see what I can find out.

Excellent analogy there. Much agreed. Im going to see if I can find out where I once read who created the torrent programs. As I said in an earlier post, I believe it was Disney or Universal or some big Media Conglomerate that created it.

And what is really messed up is the people who created torrent sites and torrent downloading are big television people. I cant recall the exact name of the person or tv organization that did it but I do believe Disney has something to do with creating the very first torrent programs.

How ridiculous. In some states its totally legal to download but illegal to upload. Unfortunately with torrents you upload while download. At least pirate bay and demonoid is back up and running.
