@iHowiz: BSOD on XP was a forced restart, i've never experienced it on Vista and i'm not sure if 7 even has BSOD XD. On 7 if a program experiences a crash its tends to just fade out and ask if you want to close it or wait, if you ask it to close its instant.

@_Franky_: NO! Maya is terribad on OSX. An extremely limited amount of scripts run, the hardware is a little too low end for a decent framerate and rendering is gawd awful because renderfarm integration sucks. Especially in a work environment you could completely fuck up the pipeline.
