Yeah she was severely under utilized(realized). For most of the film she was just striking poses.

The X books also have the most diverse group of characters.  Other books would do well to emulate some of that. The MCU could use some of that.

A mystery/thriller starring Batman would definitely get me interested. A super hero Seven or Chinatown.

What I really want is a two hour film diving deep into the context of the name Martha.  What does it mean?!

What I liked about Timeline is that it showed that time travel for just about ANYONE would suck. I’ve heard comedians joke about being black and time traveling (though they have a point), but in reality most places would treat any “foreigner” like crap.  Different accent?, Too white, not white enough etc.

Why not show them IMPROVING on the gear?  Creating new gear to trap ghosts etc.  There was more than one way of making them equals in talent and skill.
