I'll take two, please. One in red, and one in matte black. I'll use the matte black for track days, with turbo added, and change seats, and add roll cages, etc.

"it looks like the Giulietta will be a more fashionable Subaru Impreza at first "
Yeah, lets! LOL! We'll just steal, i mean, borrow from our children/grandchildren!
Man, this is the best COTD i've been exposed to in a long time: way to go!
I agree that this is no Maserati Gran Turismo or anything..but..You know, for a Subaru this thing is sexy as hell to me. I mean, I drive a 06 WRX wagon, and it's no prom-queen, but it's one of the best cars that I have owned in terms of driving experience. and the looks grows on you because of what's inside...
I just want to say that this kind of car isn't made for everyone.
Looks like Subaru finally trumped on their design! I mean, it's the sexiest thing since god-knows-when!
yay, Looks like from the image above that they made it feasible to do a AWD version, with the engine just high enough to get the front transaxle in place.
This is a silly post! Next!
Not bad, it'd still hit it, but I wish they'd kept some of the clean lines from the concept, especially around the back, and the lower front scoops on the sides that meet the headlamp clusters.
Totally agree! that was what I was thinking...only someone with less public-figure stature would be able to really pull this anonymus thing off!
Go Mazda! Kicking some design ass! With skyactiv platform, this thing can change the mid-size refrigerator category and add some defrost!
Man, I wish they'd clean up the front grille and get rid of the slabby side panels. If there was a nice design element on the lower half of the sides, it would add a lot of dimension to the overall design...
I think we've established enough that this thing looks alot like the Alfa Romeo Montreal...
I dont see a threat in a rear facing seats for kids. What are you afraid of?
Totally agreed. Especially about them keeping the overall size but increasing the interior room and reducing the weight. I should've commended them more on those points in my comment.
I really want to like the styling of this, but I still like my 06 wrx Wagon much better looks-wise. It looks better to me than the current one, but it's still too busy in detail, and what I liked about the 06/07 design is that it had a pretty aggressive front end and clean lines. I also liked the pre-2002 impreza…
I really like the front facia. It may be confused with Aston/Jaguar, but hey, that's not a bad thing, and besides its got its own thing going with the design language. And yes, the rear does look uncomfortably similar to the Jaguar.
I'd say you pretty much nailed it by saying Nissan's one of the ballsiest. I'd venture to say it'd be 'easier' to be ballsy if you are a smaller, demographic- and market-specific car company, such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, etc. that produce low-volume cars... because you can afford to come up with designs that…
