Well, this is not exactly a car, but the fastest-perceived speed I've been in was on a plastic sled being pulled by a chevy truck in Nashville streets one winter after a good pile of snow...I mean, I was prolly only going 30mph tops, but my ass was literally ON the ground going that fast...insane, I tell you!
