Haha, Electronic Arts is the new Sierra. No, wait.. what?

@Coolux: Like the other guy said, might've been with the addition of marketing. So technically not part of development cost.

Didn't MW2 have like 150mil?

Were those premium SeaWorld tickets?

Am I the only one who thinks this was delayed because of the situation with Larrabee?

She looks quite pleased to be riding that pixelated carp.

@jeremyeden: I can't provide a link as it hasn't been done, so I'll dumb it down. You know MMOs? You download a client, but all the gameplay is calculated on the server.

DLC is a double edged sword. When a game goes gold, the team gets a break, and then starts working on a new game. If you keep staff around to churn out content, that costs money/resources which could go towards new games. You release that DLC, will you see a return on that which is larger than the investment? Who

This will work, but not for all games. Its one of two permanent 100% solutions to piracy, and for that reason its incredibly attractive to developers.

@Archaotic: Picard wasn't an adrenaline junkie, but a moralfag who got caught in unreasonable situations that found increasingly interesting ways to test the limits of his morality.

@Timstuff: With a vile smirk and a murderous demeanor.

@The Forgetful Brain: Not really artistry, just manpower. The more detail you want in an object, the more time it takes to texturize and animate said object. It doesn't have to be artistically awesome on its own, but when you fill a scene with more detail it looks better regardless of design.

@burninfidels: I'm not sure what qualifies for a remake in your mind. New units, new engine, new singleplayer, new multiplayer.

@The Forgetful Brain: Release date for this game is March 16, I don't think Nvidia will have anything launched by then. If they do it will be a paper launch lacking products in any real volume.

@SadAstronaut: "RIM" clearly picked the wrong city for their headquarters.

Sadly, the new C&C4 is nothing like these games. The new one is more like Dawn of War or Company of Heroes. You run around capping and holding points. There is virtually no resource harvesting.

@UCHU: No clue what happened there, unfortunately. It showed up as full post on my end.
