I don’t think most right wing people think that at all. I think that is a straw man and you know it.

First off, can we stop saying this kid made a clock, all he did was take apart an alarm clock and put if back together in a pencil case. Secondly, he showed off his “invention” to several teachers throughout the day and was told repeatedly to put it away, it could be argued that he was baiting for something to happen

No, we would blame him for making the choice to adopt that ideology.

Please, let all of us “ignorant” folk know what is so good about that “clock”?

By the police? Maybe. By the teachers? No way. If someone brings a device that could pass for a bomb to class they have a responsibility to investigate it. There’s a lot of anti Muslim bigotry in America right now. But there’s also liberal witch-hunts for Islamophobes. This is the latter.

Intelligent how? For dismantling a store bought clock and putting it in a pencil case?

An intelligent human? He didn’t do anything for his project but take an already existing clock from Walmart, took the parts out of the casing and stuck it in a briefcase with some glue. That’s it. No, really. THAT. WAS. IT. He didn’t invent jack. He didn’t even take an already produced product and add anything that

I can’t pretend to understand the mindset that responds to a potential civil rights violation by moving to a country notorious for using slave labor.
