I am die-hard for Google Reader, except that it doesn't have an offline mobile client for my blackberry, so now I am debating, do I clutter up my life with another app?

Yeah, after all, we wouldn't want the poor to have the same opportunities we have or anything.

wow, that looks absolutely terrible.

Used base boxster, no question. Great handling, good storage space and not terrible in maintenance as long as you have a good indie mechanic. Miata is pretty great as well. Or an BMW 2002 - E30 model.

A Camry.

I think this is to talk about cars that have stayed close to their roots through redesigns, not ones that have just never been redesigned.

BMW 3-series. The new 1 isn't even close to as good of a car as the 2002 was for its time. Bloated and too heavy, designed for the soccer mom who doesn't want to buy a Camry.

Kill Mercury dead. Then shoot it again. Then decide whether to keep Lincoln or Jaguar, but only one. Sell the other.

I really miss the old BMWs... And sadly the porker 1-series is not the return that I hoped for.

Of course. Why is it that a base Boxster can handle the twisties so well? Cause it is a balanced car. Too many american market cars (and now the Europeans) are getting front heavy and just plain heavy period.

So why haven't there been tons of photos of the coupe lapping the 'ring with a Porsche and 350Z in tow like the GT-R? If they are serious about entering the sports market, they had better be paying attention to the details.

The dealers just make it as miserable as possible, and since they are rich local businessmen, the politicians protect them like crazy.

There is no way that this would not just replace the tC. It would be great for Toyota to have a small, cheap RWD platform for lots of applications, from this car, to a new roadster, to maybe even a mid-market sports car if the chassis can handle it.

@drewheyman- you could easily have a custom stereo installer fabricate an external unit into your dash for much cheaper than they charge for the built-in ones, it would work better and be a much better unit.

There is no way Porsche will let this thing be built. It is a direct stab at the Cayman, and probably the base 911.

So they should just come out with a hybrid truck then. With electric motors providing instant torque, you would think this would be a good thing for a truck (although perhaps they are unsuitable for other reasons?).

A Camry... nothing to prove at all.
