That comes from Martin, btw.

I loved how the costuming was just fake enough to be on point.

That was the whole point with Bran not actually paying attention.

With the episode title, that's certainly a possibility.

Were you not around the Internet for basically after that episode aired to now?

I love those little details. Nice catch!

Same! My arches are nightmares, haha.

The amount of times that happens with characters is pretty astonishing.

Same!

I have no idea where the fantasizing point comes from, either, to be quite honest.

I loved this episode and really because of how much stock the episode put into Claire's mindset and her character arc here. Caitriona Balfe nailed every scene and this very well may end up being her Emmy submission episode.

I really hope Louise comes back. I'm not counting on it, but the scene you mentioned makes me want her to come back even more.

It's in the trailer, but I edited the comment above anyhow.

I know Dorne isn't on anyone's favorite list, but I have a feeling they might attack when Jaime is off to wherever he is in the trailers.

So much fanfiction began last night…

I just assumed the oil was spilled beforehand. Then again, Theon made it all the way to Pyke in one episode's worth of time (whatever that is), so there you go, I guess.

Mine probably do, too, but it's felt like ages since anything decent has happened to a Stark so my heart just couldn't take any of it. But I cherished it. I don't see many more happy moments arriving on this show.

So wasteful!

The theme of strong women is something they've really been putting work into since the season opener. Benioff & Weiss made a note of how little they're influenced by outside words, but it's hard not to see them at work trying to address some of that criticism here. And yeah, Jon and Sansa was a bit on the side of

I ship them so much.
