There's also the 360 Panorama app that's been around for quite some time (just checked - 2010), only on iOS. When I had an Android a few years ago I was jealous of my friends who could shoot these images as there wasn't anything similar for Android at the time.

Paper? What about Flipboard? Facebook's Paper pretty much lifted the design queues from them anyway. Despite how pleasing Paper is (mostly because I think it's a refreshing way to use Facebook) I think Flipboard does a much better job at selecting and organizing your favorites sites, stories, and news.
