No, it’s more like a Nidalee spear with stun. Nidalee’s spear is essentially based on this character (seeing as how DOTA mod came first). I personally find the stun a bit much considering the relative ease of hitting with it (at least in the mod version).

Last game that had a Filipina character? It was also a Namco game, the sister game Soul Calibur 2 - 4 had Talim. Her style also wasn't very FMA but who cares; she was a fun character to use. My only issue with it was they took her out.

I personally don't care about the "is she Filipina enough" considering Filipinas in Canada range from FOB to no trace of their original culture. Neither's a bad thing, just the extremes.
